R69 drops are indicated for intercostal neuralgia, a painful disorder of the nerves running between the ribs, and is caused by damage due to stretching or inflammation to one of those nerves and loss of function of that nerve. R69 addresses the neuralgic, neurotic pain associated with this condition.
